The foundation of our oneness

The Lord our God is One.

Our oneness begins with God. We do not become one through human conformity, institutional control or the erasure of distinction. We become one as we surrender ourselves to the One Lord and are joined together in Jesus Christ.

We are gathered from many nations, tribes, cultures and generations. Through the Cross, what once separated us loses its governing power. By the Holy Spirit, we are formed into one covenant people under one King.

Belonging to God and to one another.

A chosen people sharing a new covenant identity in Christ.

Moving together by the Holy Spirit in surrendered agreement and shared Kingdom purpose.

The door into oneness

One Lord. One Faith. One Baptism.

The door into this oneness is not membership in NAO. It is Jesus Christ. We are made one as we die and rise with Christ, receive the Holy Spirit and are joined to His Body.

Where the Spirit moves

At Pentecost, the movement of the Holy Spirit did not produce only a powerful gathering. It produced repentance, baptism and the formation of a covenant people.

NAO is not called merely to gather crowds around a move of God. We make room for people to respond, enter the waters, become rooted in Christ and be prepared to go.

Join a Presence Encounter

Where Presence Forms the Sent.

We gather every other Friday to rest in God’s presence, worship Jesus, hear His Word, pray, discern and strengthen one another for the places where God has sent us to serve.
